As Seacare continues to grow its businesses and deepen its social mission, we are pleased to welcome three Directors whose experience and commitment to service will strengthen the Co-operative’s journey ahead.
Mr Mike Chua Woon Kian
At the Seacare Co-operative Annual General Meeting on Oct 29, 2025, Mike Chua Woon Kian was elected as a Director for a three-year term from 2025 to 2028. He joins the Board following his nomination by the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), Seacare Co-operative’s Institutional Member.
He currently serves as Director, Human Resource and Acting Director, Corporate Services Division at NTUC. In these roles, he oversees key areas that shape how
organisations build people capability, strengthen systems and steward resources responsibly.
He brings valuable insights and experience to Seacare, supporting the co-operative as it strengthens its organisational capabilities and positions itself for its next phase of growth.
Ms Evelyn Siow Chin Chin
Having joined Seacare in 1996, Evelyn Siow Chin Chin has grown with the organisation and now serves as Managing Director of Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd. She is also a member of the Executive Council of the Singapore National Cooperative Federation and an IHRP Certified Professional.
She was appointed Director and Chairman of Seacare Compass Blairgowrie Limited (SCBL) on Nov 24. SCBL was incorporated to acquire the Angus Hotel in Scotland, UK, an investment that reflects Seacare’s expanding global footprint.
Mr Loh Suan Hin
An Executive Committee member of SOS and Assistant Treasurer, Loh Suan Hin has been closely involved in safeguarding members’ interests and strengthening financial accountability.
On Nov 24, he was appointed Director of SCBL. We warmly welcome the fresh perspectives he brings as he takes on his first Seacare directorship.
