Seacare Staff Learns How to Become a More Effective Communicator

17 Seacare Manpower staff from 16 schools and ministries came together to learn how to communicate effectively with customers over the telephone.

The “Effective Telephone Techniques & Follow Up Actions” course held on 22 November 2019 equipped the trainees with the necessary skills to manage difficult situations and customers, understand how to communicate effectively, and how to project a professional image to generate the confidence and respect of customers.

Everyone had a good time of learning and these trainees look forward to serving the schools and ministries better with their new found skills.
