Seacare Property Development Pte Ltd is deepening its commitment to Indonesia’s residential market.
Through a renewed joint collaboration with the longstanding partner Pt Investco Property Indonesia and the sister company Pt Bumi Berkau Hijau, Seacare Property Development is set to build 300 affordable homes, with the potential to expand the project to 500 units.
Building on the success of its pilot 60- unit project, this initiative aligns with the Indonesian government’s ambitious goal of providing three million affordable homes for low-income communities. By leveraging the Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) programme, the project ensures that quality homeownership remains within reach for the
nation’s young workforce.

Tailored for first-time buyers and young families, each unit, ranging from 30 to 36 sqm on 60 sqm plots, offers a functional layout with two bedrooms, a living area, a private bathroom, and a small garden, creating a balanced environment for modern living.

“This initiative reflects our continued commitment to delivering quality, affordable homes and to contributing to the growth of communities,” said Mr Ong Zhi Wei, Director of Seacare Property
Development Pte Ltd. “We are encouraged by the progress in Indonesia and look forward to further scaling this impact.”
Beyond bricks and mortar, the development is envisioned as a vibrant community space, equipped with essential infrastructure and shared areas that foster social interaction and well-being. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 FY 26/27.
This project reaffirms Seacare Property Development’s niche as a boutique developer capable of delivering meaningful, scalable solutions that align with Seacare’s spirit of social responsibility and regional growth.
