| In the spirit of camaraderie, 23-member delegation of Merchant Navy Officers’ Guild – Hong Kong (MNOG-HK), led by MNOG- HK General Secretary Capt Chung Tung Tong and President Capt Tam Shing Chieh, dropped by Seacare Building on 26 September 2019 to touch base with SOS, when they were in Singapore for their own union retreat.
